I asked for her boss, who told me my goods had been delivered and I should stop waisting their valuable time, and I even signed for it.
Ups scheduled for early delivery by end of day how to#
Aside from taking twenty minutes to figure out how to key in my information, she didn't have a clue. The web site said "delivered", which it obviously wasn't, and so I called the 800 number to talk to Shirly "I couldn't work for Ms. They left a box of books I ordered in the bushes beside my house - no note, no warning, no "hey man, we stashed your shit", just the box in the bushes. The coolness of the thing you ordered is directly related to the length of time it takes to get it delivered - which translates to how long the UPS guy will play with it. Somewhere there's a UPS man sifting through your goodies. View image: /infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gifĪnd it also says it's still "out for delivery." At least not until the next morning when *SOMEBODY ELSE* is working. She says, "Thats right, they go down into the basement and nobody can go down there." Oh, so you have a pit downstairs that you toss the packages into, and this pit is apparrently bottomless, since you can't retrieve the packages from said pit. But, as soon as the driver gets in, all the packages get locked up for the night and there is no way humanly possible for you to go and get my package? So let me get this straight, I have to wait 'til the driver comes back because my package is on his truck (but he won't try to deliver it to me). When I got there they told me that the driver had already unloaded his truck into the night locker or somesuch. And they wouldn't attempt redelivery, so I had to drive downtown and pick it up.

I hate that! Why would you bother to come all the way out to my place, leave a post-it note on my door and leave without ever bothering to knock? Just make sure you're up saturday morning by 8am, because the guy WON'T KNOCK.
